Exchange or Return of Goods
If your product is unused and in its original condition, you may request an exchange or return within 14 days of delivery.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure the item is preserved in its original packaging and includes all accompanying components.
A return cannot be accepted if any of the following are missing:
complete product and accessories,
proof of purchase from the Babyfest online store,
warranty card (if applicable),
a written description of the issue provided by the service team (for defective items).
Refunds are issued in accordance with current consumer protection regulations once the returned item is inspected and confirmed.
