Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Babyfest (BABYFEST LLC). We strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Before sending any return, please contact us at info@babyfestusa.com to obtain a Return Authorization.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

To complete your return, proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.
Please do not send your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

2. Non-returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • health, hygiene, or personal care items

  • customized, opened, or used products

  • final sale or clearance items

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement or issue a full refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your credit card company or financial institution

If you still haven’t received your refund after completing these steps, please contact us at info@babyfestusa.com.

6. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at info@babyfestusa.com with your order number and photos of the item.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our shipping error or a defective item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your total refund.
